meet differing budgets. Of course, while the items
shown are all representative of overall style,
color scheme, and value, specific flowers and
containers will vary in some cases due to design
interpretation and seasonal availability, or to
meet our quality standards.
To make our Substitution Policy simple, we
follow these important steps; get it there on
time and make it fresh and beautiful.
1. Get it there on time:
- If our florist is out of a particular decorative element, i.e. a
specific basket, vase, plush, etc., the florist may substitute a similar
element of equal or greater value.
2. Make it fresh and beautiful:
- We select the most creative florists to be
on our team who professionally recreate our
designs based on their creative interpretation.
The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured
will remain the same, with our florists paying
careful attention to overall shape, size, style,
and color combinations.
- Our florist will use only the freshest flowers, and will make substitutions
depending on seasonal and regional availability.
- In single-variety arrangements only, variety will take preference
over color. For instance, if a florist is out of “yellow tulips,"
typically, they will substitute another color of tulips, not another
yellow flower.
Our return policy is simple and hassle-free. You
may return any item for a full value on the item purchase price - excluding shipping
& handling fees, as long as the product is in its original resaleable condition.
A credit will be issued to the sender's credit
card within 30 days of receipt and inspection
of the item.
If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt
and inspection, either a gift certificate will
be issued to the reciepient or a refund check
will be issued to the purchaser.
- Perishable items - We are unable to accept
returns on perishable items.
Any quality issues should be resolved with an
item replacement and new delivery date.
